I have had a long career working for Kirklees within the education system, as a behavioral inclusion worker. I have always loved my job, but my passion has always been animals. My inspiration for setting up my own dog day care centre is my seven year old German Shepherd, Kaiser. When I first got Kaiser I worked part time so the demands of daily walking were fine and fit perfectly with my lifestyle. As my circumstances changed over time, like many others, my work commitments were taking me away from home for longer periods of time. My priority has always been making sure Kaiser has had a happy, well balanced life. I have always had dogs, and other animals in my family, ranging in different behaviors so I feel I am confident to understand their needs and also their habits. Kaiser is a loving, sociable dog who has a reputation for being calm and tolerant of other dogs and is a good influence on younger, more insecure dogs.
