Business Details

Appletree Cottage Cattery is situated just outside the village of Cayton, Scarborough. Managed by Ian and Lynne Smith. There are no dogs on our premises as we feel that a cat only environment allows your cat to be as free from stress and noise as possible during his or her stay with us. We have 24 heated double pens and a family pen for up to 4 cats, all of which have an interior and exterior section separated by a cat-flap. We have a large outdoor run to allow your cats to exercise in a secure area. Our interior has been specifically designed to create a warm and homely environment for your cats stay. The cattery is fully tiled and has been decorated to the highest standards. All our pens are double pens to enable us to accept cats who live together. Pens are individually heated and soft cosy beds are provided. Toys are plentiful for your cats to enjoy. All pens are accessed via an open door (for larger cats) or a cat flap. This enables us to keep the interior as warm as possible. For larger families of cats we have pens with a removable screen to allow up to four cats. Our large exterior run will allow your cat to exercise in a safe and open environment.
